Would the Cosmo CAI one be better, I do alot of city driving so I am worried about performance lost because of getting more hot air sucked in.

cosmo is just a cheaper alternative then the big companies. You can always get the cosmo and put a aem dryflow filter on it. a lot cheaper imo.

Ebay. Generic 2004-2008 TL Cold air tube and buy a K&N filter will save you a ton of cash
