Hi,
Can someone post instructions or pics from Service Manual on how to remove or take apart the armrest assy from the center console? I like to get the armrest re-padded.

This is for 05 RL.

Same here. I have the replacement material and need to know how to remove the center armrests.

funny. I had been searching all over for about 30 minutes with no luck.

There are about 300 phillips head screws that need to be removed. (Yes, that's an exaggeration but there are a lot of them). Start by popping the covers off the latches and go from there. Some of them are hidden under little black circular stickers too. It's pretty easy. Nothing you need a video tutorial to do.
