My car's keyless entry is broken and I keep getting this message to "Check Keyless Entry"

I already went to the dealership and they told me it'll be $1000-1200 to fix so I decided not to get it fixed.

Anyway to turn off this message?

If you are looking to sell your car, consider the issues included in the selling price. You are right, no one is going to pay you dealer parts & labor for a working used car.

This issue has been looked at by an acura mechanic.

The door handles need to be replaced.

There are also threads on here talking about this issue and door handles need to be replaced. People have tried to change the fuse, but the root is a faulty door handle.

Yes, I don't intend on keeping the RL for that much longer.

The door handles can be bought for $230 each. If you have the time, you can replace them yourself. It's usually only one too.
