How do I remove B-Pillar Trim?

How do I remove B-Pillar Trim?
I want to track down my rattle coming from the drivers side seatbelt area. I read some older posts on the subject, but cant figure out how to pop off the trim piece that covers the upper b-pillar. Do I just pry it off? Where do I start and where are the clips located?
