High Beams

Has anyone updated their High Beams to brighter, whiter bulbs?

I had PIAA 8000k's but did not like the way they made the DRL's look, so I swapped them out for some 2500k yellow bulbs and use them during inclimate weather. I may use one of the PIAA's on the drivers side and keep a yellow on the passenger side so that I get the best of both worlds

What didn't you like about the way they made the DRL's look?

They seemed a bit too white, almost blue with the DRL's on. I also did not like the reflection of the blue bulb in the headlight either.. kinda ricey imo.
