That's an understatement!

 

The golf story was that we were having a car meet and at security guy came over and told us that we couldn't have a meet there. Basically we didn't like the guy, but since we were not doing anything (until I did) the guy left. That is why the guys on the video said run him over, the golf car wasn't there when it happen. BTW that parking garage had over 10 cameras on just that floor, I guess they were fast enough to catch me, but I'm pretty sure they saw it on their cameras.

What's up guys. you guys still meet there. that is cool, since I was the one that pick the place and setup the first meet. That is awesome. Well I'm still in germany and I don't know where I'm going yet, but I'm hoping I get to see you guys there again, maybe with an RL.

 

yup, still meet there every year. the last meet sucked though, not many people showed up. oh well, you win some, you lose some.

off topic: sell the TL yet? what's your next project?

 

Yeah it was about 3 years ago. It has been that long!!!!wow.

 

No I still have the TL, jsut bought new 8k Hids and the outlaw manifold cooler (don't know if it works). the bads are the headers(comptech a like) have multiple leaks, that I just fixed. The trasmision driveshaft bearing wore out, cost me about $1200 to fixed. The transsistor(part of the blower) on the A/C die, but I found one for $20, actual cost of about $200.

the car is close to 130k miles and it is driving like new. Love the car and it still gets a lot of attention. I WILL sell it before I got back to the states next june. I'm trying to get a euro 06 Legend, it will all depend on finances and if the TL get's SH-AWD, because my goal is SH-AWD + 6-speed or smg type transmission. So if the euro legend does not get 6-speed(unlikely) I will go for the TL hoping that it comes with SH-AWD.

the outlaw manifold cooler... you mean the thermoblok spacers (if it is, then it DOES work)? if not, got a link to what you're talking about?

that sucks about the transmission.

i remember you (i think it was you) once said the car was a big hit in germany? is that true? seen any other TL's?

 

The 8k's are nice. Yeah I meant the thermoblock, I haven't isntalled them yet. big hit in germany, no I don't think so. there are no TL's here only from military members.
