Help replacing 05 RL inside door grip driver's side

My driver's side inside door grip on my 05 RL has snapped off at the upper position.
I epoxied it back together but it snapped again at the glued position since winter is coming.
I have mail order a new door grip and asking for some help how to replace this door grip.
Thank you

Check out the link to that thread... it should help you get the panel off.

I have managed to replace my driver side inside door grip.
Thank you all for your help.
This is a 2 person job for sure, only the brave will attempt this alone.
The door panel snaps out with the aid of a few prying tools, someone has to hold up the panel because the 2 door locks cables are permanently attached.
To get access to the grip, the armrest must be removed.
There are app 12-16 screws in the way.
Pay close attention to the door lock cables, mark their position at the locking clip and relock at the exact position.

Well, nuts. I dug this up because we just broke ours on the '06, and I'm not finding special insights. If you know of a thread, link it friend!
