I noticed that when turn the lights on right headlight moving to right 15 degree and come back to straight, I think this is the Active Front Lighting System (AFS)
but I found out my RL only right headlight is moving when I turn on the lights. I am just curisous that is only right headlight unit is moving when turn lights on? or suppose both headlight units are moving??

 

It is only the right headlight that moves during the startup test. I make this assumption because the three RL's I have driven have done this.

J/K just my right side moves when I start it up.

 

The left one begins to move once you've gone past 20mph (i think).. and will continue to move until you put the car into park.

It's all in the manual.
