Fuel Filter??

Over the weekend I was discussing with a friend of mine of the upcoming maintenance i'll be performing on my 2010 RL. Then he stated "you also changing the Fuel Filter?".. I told him "This is my third Honda/Acura, and the last two that I've had the filter was in the Fuel pump within the gas tank. If you change the fuel filter you have to drop the tank and pull the fuel pump and I've never had to replace it.

Unless my RL is a bit different given than the last two Honda made cars (Accord & TSX), do I need to replace the fuel filter or am I right?

Thanks in advance for the feedback.

I believe it's a lifetime filter. It's located under driver side back seat...iirc.

^ He's right. It is not a maintenance item. It is still located in the fuel tank, but you access it from below the back seat.
