Hey guys I was trying find some information on how to rebuild the front caliper.
I was watching this video on how to remove the piston.

I am not sure that is the best thing to do for fear of damaging the piston?

I tried looking at the service manual but it doesn't exactly say how to do it.

it's not hard. i had to rebuild my integra type r brakes recently, on my civic. the hard part is getting the seals out. well, it's actually a little harder to get in.
