before I start let me say yes I know theres other threads about my problem but Ive read most of them and have not found a solution.. I recently purchased a #1 fob from Ebay and brought it to the deale for programming. Befor I left the parking lot I notice the fob would unlock the car if I used the buttons but it wouldne work for the touch feature. Then when I entered the car and attempted to started the ignition, the ignition knob would not turn and i knotice the fob would continousely blink for approximately three seconds each time i tried to turn the ignition switch or use the touch sensor to lock or unlock the car. if anyone has experiance this situation or have a solution please let me know. I already did the syncing by depressing the lock and unlock buttons and I also changed the fob battery and still no luck.

 

So after you went right back into the dealer and explained that it didn't work, what happened?

 

They had no idea why it did not pair properly. then again they arn't the brightest bunch there. when I had them install a ney battery they couldnt figure out why my memory seats were not working. I had to tell them to resync the #2 fob which was the only one I had at the time.

Does your #2 fob work properly? When you go to grab either door handle, or trunk, the led on the fob should blink momentarily before it unlocks the door.
