there is a total of three engine mounts. front, passenger left and rear.

 

If you are looking to do it in a local shop, you should definitely get OEM parts (should be under $500 for all three... I paid mine about $470 shipped.
Labor depends on the shop.

 

Make sure you buy only OEM mounts!! Aftermarket non-OEM mounts will not deliver the same vibration free comfort and stability. I have had to replace my mounts on 3 separate occasions because I was trying to save money and purchased inferior aftermarket mounts. Price does make a difference!!

 

Where is the best / cheapest place to find an engine mount set (OEM)?

I just tonight bought an '05 RL (100% dealer serviced life) for my son - 1st Acura for us.

Any good DIY instructions or videos out there for our cars?? - On Engine mount replacements.

 

I have not seen it when I was searching for it (for other reason, not to replace them myself) but not sure I would recommend doing the DIY as the labor is pretty intensive when it comes to mounts (I think).

 

I watched a youtube video, of someone doing it on their TL, and it looked straight forward. Of course that doesn't mean the RLs will be straight forward as well.

 

GL with the KB1 engine bay, if you think its straight forward as the TL lololol "sadly mistaken"
