Engine air intake hose compatibility

Hi all, i have cracked air intake hose (goes from air filter to throttle body) in my kb1. I was wondering if there is cross compatibility of this part with other Honda/Acura products? I am asking this because dealer wants 80$+tax for that stupid piece of rubber.

This happened to me a few months ago. I bought the replacement part on Ebay for $40 shipped. Easy installation. The part number is 17228RJAA01. I just looked and it is $40 shipped right now.
