Driver's Side Front Door Panel Removal

Does anyone have the directions to remove the interior front door panel on the driver's side? If so would you please post? I have to replace the armrest and the grip. Thanks.

I found it. I'm obviously new to the site so it's taking me time to get use to it. Happy to be a RL owner and looking forward to bringing this one back to its showroom condition!
