Driver Preference Option Settings

When I 1st bought my RL, I remember seeing a driver settings menu where you could configure the how does the door locks react to keyfob inputs. There was a option to chose wether to unlock all doors upon a single press of the unlock button or just the driver door and etc. I can't seem to find that menu anymore. I went through all buttons and menus but no luck. Anyone knows what I'm looking for here ? One thing though, I have upgrade to 4.92 v straight from the 2006 version of the Navi. Could this be the prob ?

First off, the MID and nav are two separate and independent systems. You need the MID settings controled on the steering wheel. Once in the menu, there is a sub menu called "keyless access". This is what you are looking for. There is another sub menu called "lock settings" where you can control which doors unlock when shifted to park, the auto lock speed, and possibly more. This is all of hand BTW, so accuracy may be lacking.

For more complete instructions, .

With the car in park and the ignition on I or II (where the MID is displaying), hold the button that has the "i" within a circle. This should pop up a change settings menu. You will have to isolate each fob to set the settings for each. Go into the menu and that's where the sub menus are.

If you hold that button long enough, it will prompt you to reset the maintenance minder. If you get there, press "exit".

(The MID (Middle(?) Information Display) is the one below the speedometer and the controls are on the steering wheel.)

I just confirmed. Hold the "i" button with ignition on II. To reset minder hold "reset" for ten seconds.
