Driver Power Window Switch controls driver side, not passenger side.

Driver Power Window Switch controls driver side, not passenger side.
Weird. Battery was run down, had to enter navi/audio code after charge.
Now from driver seat I can roll up driver window, rear door driver side window. No control of passenger side windows front & back, but works okay from window switch on those doors.
Some have mentioned programming of the window switches but not finding much in the search box.
Any hints?
