downshift rev matching

downshift rev matching
after driving the 09 Tl automatic i noticed that the tranmission matches revs when you downshift with the paddles, is it possible to upgrade the software on the rl transmission to do the same, same transmission right? same engine right?... anyone thought about this or even done it?
