db22....do you have an 05 RL? I believe that feature was modified not to 'ding' in 2006+ RLs.

Mine only alarms like that if I leave the lights on after I shut the car off. Separately, if I exit the car and close the door, or any door, while it's running, it gives the exterior alarm beep.

Is there a flash upgrade for the '05's to resolve the interior beeps?

yeah. they came up with a solution for that. just simply go to the dealer and request an 06+ RL.

Neuronbob used the trade in method to get more horsepower. I was hoping for a location of the beeper so that I could remove it and place it on the shelf next to all the other beepers that I have removed from cars.

The beeper is part of the gauge cluster (like all hondas that ive messed with). Im sure if you pull the cluster out you can take it apart and remove the mini speaker from the PCB
