Compliment Received

I've noticed a few times ppl starting at my RL, today actually was approached by a gentleman who had quite a few questions on the car. Anyways, nice to see the RL getting some love, especially when ppl go out of their way!

I get compliments and questions a lot too. It's a good looking car but I think it's more due to the rarity of them. It catches your eye.

^ True. I usually get strares and looks at my other car. This was a nice change. Basically he asked retail, what kind of car it was, etc.

Recently encountered a gentleman at my local filling station, (Costco). He mentioned he has had several Honda's and admired my RL. Then he really blue his credibility when he said they were putting the same engines in the Saturn.

Yikes !!

How did that blow his credibility? It is TRUE. Saturn is using Honda engines in some models and Red Line packages.

I don't think they still do that.

Yes, the 2008 VUE does not use Honda engines.

I get a lot of compliments from my co-workers and friends...but most think it's a TL. I guess TL are all over the place, that people don't even know of the RL. Personally, those are the ones who don't know anything about cars. The TL and RL look totally different to me!

The way I see it... a compliment is a "compliment"!

When I swapped out my 17" OEM whhels to 18" RonJon wheels at tires place, the paid invoice showed 07 TL.

BTW, I got a lot of compliments from all mechanics there. (lol,I guess from my 18 " Ronjon wheels). Even the manager asked me to test out the car on the road (He said just to test out the wheels to make sure everything OK).

Yeah I know guys, people stop me alll the time and ask me about the RL. That day I was driving and all the sudden a guy in a M35 was waving at me so I rolled down the windows and he asking what year is my RL. Then he was so impressed and said: "I really like your RL way better than my M". That made my day guys I can tell that. That's besides all the other times people who stare at my car. Its nice to have that impression on people.

One of the offices I work at has a big window that looks out over the parking lot... when I get a spot up front, I always notice people doing a 'double take'... or stopping to get a closer look. I'm sure it's the rarity of the car...especially in my small town.

350z, hands down. I get stares constantly on a daily basis, "thumbs-ups, " etc. I've even caught 3 people, at three different occasions staring and walking around my car @ random parking lots.

Nice Z Synth19 . We are also hoping for about 450whp after the retune, just put in the new sard injectors and return fuel system.

On the RL, with the mods lately I've been getting alot of "what kind of car is that" questions, which honestly I wasn't expecting. I'm tempted to debadge it to confuse ppl even more hehe.
