Change tray/Pocket lid won't shut

Change tray/Pocket lid won't shut
The lid for the change tray or "pocket" as listed with Acura will not shut. Do I need to replace the entire assembly including bracket or just the change tray or "pocket"? I can't really tell what's broken so I'm not sure what to replace.
Has anyone else had this problem?
