Calling all Chicagoland RL Drivers
I am a new RL owner and I wanted to see how many Chicagoland drivers are out there. I know the East Coast is well represented..I want to see what the Windy City has to offer..

has anyone heard anything about the tint shop Umbra in Schaumburg? I am itching to get my tint dine as my first add on, but want to find a quality shop.

Can a former Chicagoan weigh in? Born and raised.
Took a job in SE Michigan in August 2007. Lived in the Libertyville/Mundelein area up until my move.
I see an occasional RL around here, but nothing like I did back home.

Well...only reason there are meets on the east coast is cause people get together. No meets doesn't mean there aren't any RL's in your area...just gotta organize.

True! We need to step up Chicago. I recently purchased my RL so I am stock currently. Thanx to this site however, I have been inspired to mod. Thank you RL Brethren. I hope to be looking a little more presentable by summer. Lets get it going.

all right am die hard chicago born baby.. i've owned two acura's...
acura cl. and now my new baby acura rl... man i have been itching for a meet here in chicago. am down any time any place. f*** the bs...
you guys in the east do know how to do a meet. its sweet to see all those cars in one place just hanging out and having fun.
right now am geeked as hell... lorenzo we need to hook up. fo'sho. all of you people here that are close we need to do something.

by the way i paid 150.00 for tints out here in the north side of chi-town. its called aisha!!! its on diversey and central ave. take a look at my car it looks sweet with tints.

When I lived in the northern 'burbs I got my windows tinted by a guy whose company name is Tintworks. Came right to my house and did it in my garage. He did a great job.

Thats cool.. I would like to see your tints in person..I think I went a little lighter than I would like, but I know I will not get any static

hell yeah. I'm down..I am going to be out of town until 16th, but my lady and I planned on kicking it downtown Sunday May 17th.. Let me know..I def. want to add some more additions to the whip but I want to make wise decisions.. hit me up
