Calendar

I just tried to add an appt to my calendar and it said that it was full. I cannot find a method of deleting the old ones except to access each one and select it then delete it then confirm the deletion. That's a lot of button pushing while driving! My guess is that the calendar is only about 50 appts for each driver which if you own the car for 5 years that is less than 1 per month before you have to purge.
Has anyone else had experience with this minimal system? A really usefull system would be to BT 'tween PDA or PC to the RL.

Hell yes. My Nokia phone syncs with google calendar, which also syncs with my iCal and .mac calendars.

If the car calendar worked with them, it'd be really sweet.

But I don't hold a lot of hope for the RL because of the allocation of 2K of RAM for the Calendar.

There is a PC Card slot in the Navi DVD unit in the trunk. I put a Compact Flash card in a PC Card adapter and was able to dump some information out using the diagnostic menu. One of the files has all the personal information, such as personal address book, previous destinations, calendar entries, cd/mp3 disk information. Maybe there will be a hack someday to import information back into the system using this slot.

Great info - Thanks
So why doesn't Acura publish this useful stuff?
Does anyone have the text on using the diags except for how to access?
