Buzzing noise from review mirror

Finally I identified the source of buzz noise. At high speed(over 60 mph) buzz noise is coming from the review mirror. If i adjust the mirror left to right(or right to left), it disappears. The technician won't reproduce since they won't drive more than the speed limit(55 mph). Any help? Spraying WD40 to the joint will work?

Very occasionally it happens at low speed but most of time the noise happens at high speed.

I would go with a 'silicone lube' instead of WD40. It's easier on the plastic. They also have some spray on 'wax' lubricants (saw them at Home Depot) which may work.

Will the technician go along while you drive? Tell them that although the local speed limit is 55, that you often travel where the speed limit is 65 or 70 and the buzzing is unacceptable.

I had the same problem, and the dealer replaced the mirror, now the vibration is gone. Unfortunately though, I can now hear another vibration coming from the center console, near the radio. I can only hear it at about 60 MPH going uphill (when there is a load on the engine, and it seems to bog down slightly). I have another rattle that is really bothering me now. It is coming from the extreme left side of the dash. It is usually the loudest when the car is cold, and it sometimes goes away after the hot air starts coming through the duct. When it is making noise, I can stop the noise just by touching anywhere on the left side of the dash. The dealer has attempted to fix it three times already. The last time he had the car for 4 days and the noise is still there. I may have to try another dealer...

I already visited the dealer 4-5 times during 2 month of ownership.
They will dislike me.

Since I installed Pilot Sport A/S, i'm hearing more rattles from everywhere like driver side pocket, somewhere from rear and even from outside..
