Brand new to the group. Quick question.
What's up guys.
I'm interested in getting a 05 or 06 RL
But besides minor changes is there any difference I should know about?
I googled and couldn't really find anything.
My budget is 10k and I found some for that price on cl. Between 70-110k mileage .
Thanks in advance.

Mike, unless your budget doesnt allow it, I would not consider the early years. try to aim for 07-9, being they would have the least amount of miles and wear.
if you gun for a 05, its an earlier year with kinks that have not been worked out yet.
if i were in the market right now, it would only be the later years. less miles, less wear, newer tech, all kinks figured out.
but if your budget is $10k, find one that fits you.

As far as design goes, the only difference between '05 and '06 is the '06 had an additional package, "Tech", that included CMBS, ACC, and PAX tires/wheels. The "Base" package was the same as the '05. As others have mentioned, the '05 is the weakest of the model years in terms of feature reliability. The car is solid, but the list of potential annoyances is rather long. '06 is about half way between '05 and the eventual bulletproof reliability of the later years.
