Brake pad guides (I think) replacement?

Greetings. The little metal tabs/guides, no idea what they are really called, that are on either side of the brake pads on the front calipers corroded/broke off a while ago and I couldn't find any place that showed them in the manual or online. I just left them off and the brakes have been working ok. But lately the brakes have developed a bit of a shudder and I was going to go in and check things out. Thought this might be a good time to do it right and put them back in if I can find some.

Anyone know what they are called and where I can find replacements? It looks like they are designed to be replaced since there is a screw that holds them in place. I have not tried to undo the screw but I would think they will come off with some persuasive methods.

Worst case I can find some replacement calipers, but it seems a shame to have to do that for just four of these little bits of metal that look like they are replaceable. Found this picture online of a set of calipers and they showed the tabs/guides fairly well.

That was my post. My solution has been working well. My OCD got to me a bit and I pulled the caliper off to check it out. The JB Weld has held up really well and is solid.

I did try to get that hex screw out on the broken one and it was not as easy as I hoped.
