Battery Replaced and Radio Code Needed

Today I replaced my battery for the second time since owning this car. Luckily the battery was still under warranty with Acura. After it was replaced the radio would not work at all and the anti-theft light was blinking. Acura stated they would need to do further diagnosis at a cost to determine the problem. I stated I'll come back. To make a long story short, I found some easy YouTube vids and webpages explaining the process, but also was amazed the Acura dealer didn't just point me to https://radio-navicode.acura.com/ to learn how to retrieve the codes from the comfort of my home. I'm sure someone has mentioned it deep in past posts, but wanted to ensure I put it under Acura RL since someone is bound to have a dead battery problem affecting the anti-theft radio code. No Acura Dealer needed !

Nope, no map , no ac screen enter code screen comes up etc.... Tried the holding 1/6 turning radio on and i get DIAG in radio screen.. never got a U/L code

tore apart the trunk and got the sn of nav unit, sent email and got TWO codes for my car. Tried both and they don't work, one is 5 and other is 4 #'s. It is an OEM nav unit with Honda label on it.

the radio works, all my presets stayed when i powered up radio. If radio needed codes it WOULDn't be working, correct?

So it's the nav unit that is hosed, camera no work, AC functions not displayed, no map

any ideas why codes are being accepted...
