Any RL experts in CT to inspect a car?
Any RL experts in CT to inspect a car?
Not sure if this is the appropriate forum, or if this post is acceptable, however, I'm interested in a car in CT.
Is there any member in CT that would be willing to view an RL for me in North Haven?
Would be great if you could PM or post.
Thank you
-Nick

Wouldnt you want an inspection done by a mechanics shop instead of from another layman such as yourself? Not sure why you'd trust the opinions of a stranger.
I think the request is reasonable. From the post, it appears the OP is not in CT, where the car is. It doesn't take much to eyeball a car for visible chips, bad wheels, or torn leather.
OTOH, for a mechanical inspection....I'm not your man.
Only a mechanic can do that.
To the OP.....you might consider an inspection service such as that offered on eBay Motors to do the inspection for you.

Thanks for the responses.
To be clear, I am looking for someone to simple check for dents, scratches, seat tears, etc...
An RL enthusiest is probably better terminology. I am not looking for a mechanical PPI, the car is at an Acura dealership, however, I wanted someone to cosmetically review it for me.
Thanks.

Now I understand. If the car is at North Haven it must be Executive Acura. I once looked at an MDX they had there. They had it on the lot as an Acura Certified Car even though there was a big door dent with chipped paint on the driver's door (a dent wizard guy wouldnt be able to fix it with his handy dandy tool because of the broken paint). In any event, the dealer is an hour north of me so I wouldnt be able to check the car for you. However I think there is a member on here from New Haven which is nearby to Executive. Perhaps he'll see your post here and chime in.
