Another possible solution to the "wind noise"
Another possible solution to the "wind noise"
I have an '06 RL no tech package and I began experiencing a hissing noise that sounded like wind noise. I have seen several threads on this Board that led me to the shipping grommets and sealing a plastic piece under the side mirrors. Neither was my problem. My noise showed up in varying degrees at about 40-60mph.
I finally took the car in and the service tech could not hear the noise...luckily the service manager looked harder. He heard the noise while driving and then put it on hte machine inside and replicated the sound.
Turns out it was a bad bearing in my drive shaft. They replaced the drive shaft and the car is once again whisper quiet!
My hats off to the Acura Service Department in Tulsa. Hope this helps someone.

Welcome to AZ!
Several members have had the drive shaft replaced. They describe a noise that appears at varying speeds as well. After how many miles did this appear on your car?
