All-Weather Mats for Parchment interior?

Why does Acura only have All-Weather floor mats in Ebony or Ivory ONLY? What do other members on here with parchment interior use as substitutes? I am leaning toward getting the ebony (bit of an eye sore?) or WeatherTech (anyone with opinion or experiences with them?)

I also have a parchment interior so I put a mat outside of the car whenever I park so that I can wipe my shoes before getting into the car.

The ivory is a good match for both the parchment and grey interior. I too was worried it would not match my grey interior, but it looks great as he grey is so lite to begin with.

I got the caramel color that goes well with the taupe interior of my car. Actually looks gray which is fine by me.

No Problem! Please give us a review on the built quality and fitment when you get it.

Especially fitment.

I have bought several sets of weathertech mats since the first came out, and not one fits custom, just semi custom. There is some ability to cut out corners and match shapes, but not necessarily great fit, but they hold lots of sand, water and spilled drinks if that happens.

The last set I bought was probably in 2004 or 05.

They now seem to be making more custom shapes, so let us know.

I have the taupe interior. In the summer I have the OEM carpeted RL mats that I put clear plastic aftermarket mats over. In the winter I have the black/ebony OEM all-weather RL mats which do not look bad.

The carmel all weather would probably go better with my light color interior, but in the winter the mats take a beating anyway and the all-weather mats do a great job protecting the carpets and are also very easy to clean.

I had the taupe interior and I used the caramel colored mats, only when I bought them in 2006 they were still called "taupe". I guess the colors changed?

I paid less money for OEM mats which are a perfect fit.

I kept the stock rear mats as they seem longer than the all weather rear one's...I don't know why.

I put the all weather on top in the back.

037 you have a 09 RL, and i think Acura offered OEM "parchment/tan" color all-weather in that year. However the rest of us are SOL because in 05-08 Acura only do the Ebony or Ivory = grey, that is why i was suggesting the Weathertech due to the matching of color.

Is the floor shape that different in the 09 vs the others? Why not go test fit an 09 set of mats in an older car and see if they fit.
