Actual sighting of 2009 RL in the wild
I fully realize that 
However, I was not equipped to take photos at the time.
Yesterday a black 2009 RL stopped at a light at right angles to me, then turned left and whipped past me. The front was as butt-ugly as I would have predicted from the photos, with the mismatched proboscis and the ridiculous "toof" AKA Power Phlegm grille.
The rear was not as offensive as I thought it would be. The full-width chrome bar is a bit much, but the flattened, exaggerated taillight cluster and the ultra-Bangled trunk lid seemed to look almost OK by current standards. Guess I've seen too many BMWs.
Still no match for my '06. Bottom line: Nice try, Acura, but I would not buy one in a million years.
