my handle on driver door busted off cant seem to find a part # or anything any one know cost to and what is it called exactly ??

 

I superglued mine back on and it has lasted for 3 years now
(knocking on wood)

I used Loctite Plastic Epoxy. So far it has held up for over 1 year.

 

WEIRD! Mine came off in my hand 2 days ago. Heavy wind slammed the door as I was closing it. My service guy looked up the price and suggested I try to just glue it back, which I did. To hear of at least 4 other instances is just weird!

Its a common issue and a little embarrassing on a flagship car. Grabbing at the lowest point will reduce the failure rate.

 

For 133$, and it being a luxury car, you'd figure that sucker would never break!

just reminded my wife yesterday as she grabbed at the top and I cringed
