149 RL's Sold in August

149 very happy and soon to be ecstatic people. A special type we all are..., ones who recognize and know what real value is! Our RL's style is "Timeless" and I will keep her until she retires.

Keep in mind the 09 RL production ended in late January.
I would find it interesting to find out how many RLs were produced and how many have sold thus far. Although I have not seen an RL advert since early last spring, perhaps Acura has sold most of what has been produced, which is better than a glut of unsold inventory the RDX is experiencing.
I stopped at 3 different Honda dealerships while traveling Europe and saw not one LEGEND at a dealership.

I am curious as to which RL's are counted in the monthly numbers. Can it be any model year as long as it is still a new vehicle? CPO's probably don't count because they were already sold once. What about demo RL's that were sold, do they count?

Only 1st time titled vehicles. CPO are preowned. Dealer Demo's are often under factory / dealer title and can be sold as 'new' within certain mileage parameters (determined by state MV regulations).

I think the RL is simply on ice until the economy picks up. I'm sure the designers in Torrance are busy with new Acura-specific styling for the next RL. Hopefully they won't muck it up like the TL. I want to eventually be an Acura owner again, I hope they give me a good reason. (...and no, it's not due to dissatisfaction with my CTS-V, it's had a trouble-free 6000 miles so far and I am totally enjoying it. Shocking for a GM product, I know.)

I rarely see any RL's around here and I'm shocked. For the money and the standard features, it's a hell of a deal compared to a comparable 5-series or E-class. Just my of course.
I love the RL and if something were to happen to my TL (knock on wood...) I would seriously consider a RL
