Has anyone upgraded to the wood steering wheel for the 08' RL's? If so, does it make the wood perfectly. How is the quality of the replacement?

I have it on my 07 RL. It's identical in quality, etc. to the standard wheel except it has the wood inserts at the top and bottom as well as a perforated leather wrapping. Looks very good and I personally like holding onto the plood rather then leather when driving. Maybe it's a Florida/sweaty palm thing. If I lived in a cold climate the leather wrap might be better. I think the wood style looks better but that's a personal choice.

Does it match perfectly? That's a hard standard to reach. However, I don't notice anything in the color or texture that is a mismatch.

For the record, the steering wheel doesn't quite match the interior wood, but it's close enough as makes no odds.
