My '05 RL recently was caught in a hail storm and was totally messed up. Rather than getting it fixed, I just traded it as is for an '07 RL.

The '07 suspension seems a little bit softer than the '05. Does anyone know if Acura softened it up a bit, or is it my imagination.

I don't know of any suspension changes.

It could be the newer/different tires and that it isn't as "broken in" as your '05.

My NSX tech told me they changed the 05 to 06 suspension , that is one reason I bought an 06.
Now I have A spec suspension and totally love it. If you have bad roads it might be too stiff.
It is truely amazing, there are some reviews on this site.

 

I've heard the same as kirby, but I'm also an A-Spec convert so it mattered little to me.

I didn't know one could make a trade like yours, millburnd? Didn't you get soaked on the trade-in value?
