I need a new remote fob for my 06 rl. It's the one with the removable valet key.
Used they are 250. Is there another year model that will work for my 06?

Other years 2005+ might work, but they are all going to be around $200.
Plus you need to get the chip in the key programmed by the Dealer. Not sure what the going price for that is

 

All years, 2005-2012, will work. The key is not for the valet, it's for if your keyless access system fails or your battery dies.

Don't pay more than $100. I sold both of my fobs for $75 & $80 because there were at least 5 others on eBay for less than $100. Keep an eye on eBay. They will show up for cheap.

I think it's gotta be an RL, but I don't know for sure. PM Megatron. He knows all about the fobs. I would imagine if the key is for a keyless start Acura, it could work.
