AT Tires, Anyone?

Hello everyone,

New to the forum since the purchase of my 2014 CBP AWD Tech RDX. Anyone have thoughts of mounting all terrain tires on their RDX? I've seen Acura604 with winter Blizzaks, which look great. Thoughts?

Maybe on some method wheels? A colleagues Subi XV...

You might have to find a way to "toughen up" the RDX like the Subi (roof rack, wheel arch trim, side molding, side steps, bull bar, etc...). The current RDX looks as mean as a puppy. The RDX might look a little funny with the AT tires with its "Napa Wine Valley Tasting Tour" exterior.

^i mean, isnt that what modding is all about??

taking something and improving it, whether it be aesthetics to performance modding... Mold it into something yours.

I daily drive a '12 Kia Sportage and wouldnt mind "toughening it up, a bit"

So true. I've had Honda cars and a Subaru Forester in the past, but wanted something a little more comfortable, luxurious, and practical for the daily commute to work. I will be shelling out money for the roof rack as the wife and I ski and bike, however I'll unfortunately get the "eye roll" when pulling into deer hunting cabin next fall.

This is a very old thread but I'll bring it back alive. I'm looking to do the same.....but my 2020 has these dam 19" wheels. I'm a real fan of Nitto Grappler G2's.... have had 3 sets on my Touareg but they don't make them in 19's. I can only find 2 tires available.... cooper zion which is the same dia. and goodyear wrangler AT Kevlar which have shit ratings in snow. Any idea's gents?
