Just purchased a 2013 RDX tech with 16K from my local Acura dealership. The finance manager grinded me to buy the aftermarket extended "wrap" warranty for $1000 (with deductible). I stood my ground and said no. When I picked up the vehicle and was given the keys I was told that my RDX qualified as a CPO vehicle with the 7 year CPO warranty. Now I get a letter today from Honda welcoming me to my 84 month 130,000 Acura Plus comprehensive warranty. From what I can tell it was purchased when the vehicle was new for $1948.00. Why were they grinding me initially to buy a warranty when it appears I have the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty and the Acura Plus Warranty?? Wouldn't they of known this? What's the best warranty out of the 3?
