Removing battery - can't seem to get negative terminal off

I'm watching this video: https://www.carcarekiosk.com/video/2...eplace_battery

The nut holding on the negative terminal is positioned differently then the one in my 2013 Acura RDX, i.e. the nut on mine is on top, rather than on the side: https://imgur.com/a/IUj0L

When I loosen the nut (almost take it off, although I don't think it needs to be removed entirely) and the clamp is therefore loosened, the terminal still does not want to slide off.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

Get some pliers and gently twist the terminal off. Clean with a wire terminal cleaner. Do you also have a battery memory saver to plug into the OBD-II port? That will save all radio presents, memory seat settings, and radio code settings.

I use this one when changing batteries:

you can use a small hammer and tap it gently on the side and it will brake loose
