Rear Camera Sensors

I picked up my car less than one month ago. It has been in for service 4 times for a total of 8 days and counting. The rear sensors indicate an object is behind me when there is nothing there. The problem does not occur everytime but once it does nothing resets it except turning the car off and restatring it. I love the car but am considering invoking the lemon law since I dont want a car that has been beaten and abused by the service personnel for the break in period or a car with obvious computer issues. Anyone else having this problem or anything similar??

You should read up on the lemon law.

I have noticed false sensor warnings on a couple of times as well while trying to back out of a parking spot (I've had my 2016 since last June). Both times it has been late afternoon and the car has been sitting all day and the rear of the car has been in bright sun light. Not sure why sun light would effect it, but this is the only thing I could figure that contributed to it.
BTW- I know you're pissed, but the lemon law seems a bit extreme for this problem.

At least around here, you can't return a vehicle under the lemon law until it's been out of service for at least 30 days in the first 12 months of ownership.
