Harsh, Un-even Braking

I have a 2014 RDX tech purchased 2nd hand but still under warranty. I notice the braking is quite harsh and uneven, especially when coming to a complete stop, I feel I need to let off the brake pedal in order not to be pushed forward as the braking seems almost to lock up. I've taken it to the dealership and they've replaced the rotors and brake pads under warranty. I noticed that there hasn't been much improvement to this issue after the servicing. My other two Acuras (05 TSX and 08 MDX) do not have any braking issues whatsoever. Anyone have any suggestions on what might cause this? I'll likely bring this back to the dealership but wanted to have more information for them when I take it.

Thanks in Advance!

what condition are the tires?
if bald or not a good tire compound, the tires wont grab traction and you will get a "locking up" sensation as if ABS is kicking in

Tires are in good condition, all seasons (Michelin primacy's I think) and have around 8/32nds left in tread.

i'm assuming still the stock tires, since '14 was only 3 years ago.
has it always displayed this behavior or have you noticed it recently?

swap tires from front to rear to see if any changes in braking.
(I still think it is the tires.)

I had the right rear calliper seize on me a couple days ago on my 2013 RDX !! Brought to the dealer for warranty repair. Hope they replace everything including the disc and on both sides ! When talked to services they said they would check but sounded like they' would only replace the calliper... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

totally forgot that calipers can seize
easiest way to check is to point an infrared thermometer at brake rotors after a drive. all 4 rotors should be uniform in temp. if one is scorching more than the others, that may be the culprit

Thanks for the advice! I'll bring it back to services next week to get them to check it out! Kinda sad would have hoped they would've checked the calipers as part of their diagnosis.
