Blower Fan Possessed by the Devil!!!

Any ideas what may be causing this, other than Lucifer?

Diagnostics is the most important thing. You need to measure the voltage supplying the blower, if it is stable, then you need a new blower motor.

Good advice, except the problem is erratic and infrequent.
I could hook up a multimeter to the wires in place of the blower, but if voltage varied I might never notice it while driving.
