Driver seat warmer comes on automatically -- switch is in neutral. Tried turning on and off but cannot get it to turn off.

Most likely the switch is bad. Unless you drove the wheels off the RDX and have high mileage, the switch should be a warranty item.

That must be uncomfortable now that outdoor temps are going up. Roll by your dealership and let them deal with it under warranty.
A heads up, timing can be important. My dealer offers Jimmy John's sandwiches to everyone in the waiting area on Friday along with the usual fresh fruit, pastries, coffee etc.

WOW, that is one fine dealership. All we get is free coffee and sodas but it's better than nothing like at GM dealerships.
