Current aftermarket intake options

There seems to be a limited number of options for aftermarket intakes. I only see the Takeda available, and it looks pretty good.

The Takeda website lists the intake compatibility with:
Make: Honda Model: Accord Year: 2013-2017 Engine: V6-3.5L
Make: Acura Model: TLX Year: 2015-2020 Engine: V6-3.5L
Make: Acura Model: RDX Year: 2013-2018 Engine: V6-3.5L

Looking into AEM, I see they still sell the intake for the 2020 TLX. Do you think there would be a way to install this in a 2G RDX 2018?

Personally speaking, I'd just grab a K&N drop in air filter that goes in the OEM air intake. If you get an entire aftermarket air intake, you'll just be pulling in hot air from the engine bay.

The vehicle has a cold air intake system that does the job. Some intake manufacturer might say your going to gain HP and that sounds tempting . If you want to make gains that you can feel
swap out the complete intake plenum system front an MDX. You'll feel that gain . An air intake mod is a waste of cool cash that could go to ways to really make power.
Check the link below and look whats happening. If I weren't closer to 80 than 70 I might be working into something like this. At one time I owned a R Code 66 Galaxie
only car I ever owned that would out run the head lights. Owned that car for over 20 years,,WOW and WOAH were the words I got a lot from friends that never knew.
Check our Ford versus Ferrari,,those 427 cars were de tuned to run on the type of gas we now get from our service stations.today, not the 100 octane from years ago.

Thanks guys. Maybe I'm trying to live out my 20s too much lol.

I think a good compromise would be at least removing the stock airbox under the intake and installing a pipe instead.

You're saying replace the intake 1:1 with the mdx as it connects to the engine?
