I'm new to this website and this would be my first post. I finally finished paying off my car, so now I'd like to lift it like how I've always wanted. However, I know literally nothing about lifting it. I don't even know where to start! Someone please please PLEASE help me. I've scoured the internet to see if anybody has lifted their '14 RDX, but I've found nothing. So can someone PLEASE let me know what exactly do I have to buy and what shouldn't I buy? I understand that I'd have to buy new struts, and suspensions, and new brake lines (so I've read), and new tires. I just don't know which kinds for everything I need. I'd like a smooth ride after only lifting it with about a 2.5'-3" difference. I feel like raising it only 2" wouldn't even be noticeable, in my opinion.
The two images above, I've posted, are completely AI generated and would typically be how I'd like my car to look.
Lifting the RDX makes no sense at all, this car has terrible offroad ability and when slipping the rear clutch overheats very quickly. Or do you want to lift it so that it looks ugly?
