Started to wrap some of the fake chrome

Wrapping just that strips was tough since you really have to take out the tail lights to get a good wrap (not enough of a gap between the fake chrome and tail light)

Tried the grill, but I don't think I cut the sheet big enough...but will have another shot soon.

Going to plastidip the bumper fake chrome and the window chrome trim.

I never finished it unfortunately - I couldn't get the grill of without taking the front bumper off (there are two screws I can't seem to access). So I was going to plastidip the grill and wrap the shield.

Oh :-(

I got a quote of $700 to wrap the chrome and dip the stock wheels. For that much I'm just going to buy some 20s for the summer and accept the chrome. Look for my some to come "What rims should I get" post in the wheel section! 😀

Since you deleted the chrome trim in the rear, why not debadge the Acura and AWD emblems to add to the blacked out theme?

That would look great, but keeping the car as low key as possible and not looking for any attention (got followed twice now in my area while in my z4). I like the RDX's under the radar looks, no one judges.

I'm also probably going to trade this RDX or sell privately. Super nice car and does a lot of things right - but it's difficult to drive quickly without making passengers sick with body roll.
