Remove Pillar Cover

Hi there, did some search but couldn't find any details. How to remove the A/B pillar cover so I can run a wire to the fuse box? Just pull it apart with some force? Thanks in advance!

My neighbor is an auto glass installer. The "A" pillar between the windshield and the front door is usually just held in place with clips. If you get some trim removal tools (Harbor Freight has a good set for short money) you can pry the plastic trim off. If the trim piece says "air bag" on the outside, there may be an air bag rolled up inside the pillar. If you went to a body shop, they would probably take it off in two seconds for you. You may be able to just sneak the wire under the plastic trim without removing it. This link is for a 2012 RDX, but they are similar. Go to pages 4 & 5 to see how to remove the trim. You may have to get a new clip.

Thanks Rosen. I found an installation guide for 2013 similar to yours "remote engine starter installation guide"

Looks I do need to get a new clip before I can start working on it... Maybe it is easier just tap into the mirror power using mirror tap instead.
