Not a bad DIY project.
Here are some pics with bumper off and end result.

Very nice , where did you buy the kit?
I just received my Morimoto Elite HID System for the headlights I'm a nob so i'm searching how the installation proccess goes and I'll be working on that this weekend.
Are you going to change the headlights to HID's too?
How long did it take you and have you done this before?

Eventually I want to change everything to HID but for now I'm happy. I order the lights from this site http://acura.bernardiparts.com/
I used the instructions downloaded from the same website. I've never done this before, it took about 3 hours. Just go slow, especially when unclipping the retaining tabs on the bumper. FYI, I used a butter knife wrapped in painters tape for that section, whatever works.

Excellent!
Thank you very much for your prompt and detailed response. I appreciate it.
Will be using butter knife with tape when I get to it...

You are one brave man!

You are one brave man! I can barely put anything back in the box after I unpacked them so I am afraid this is too much for me...would hate myself when I found a screw or retainer left on the floor after everything already been put back together.

It looks great with the foglight

This one from ebay is 270$ but I am not sure if it includes everything that I need.

Also, I am still looking for someone who could help me out on DIY. I still don't have the guts to do it. hehe.. I here in San Diego Area.

Dealer is charging me 620$ for everything.

Search around a bit more. I found a dealer that would sell me the Acura fog light kit for 242 USD or installed for 372. My dealer wanted 600 installed but lowered it to 400 when I told them the price I found. I had my dealer install them before I took delivery of the car.

One thing to note, if someone chooses to DIY it themselves. The instructions make it seem like the connections for the fog lights are on the left side of the vehicle (your left when facing the vehicle), or at least it seemed that way to me. But the connection is actually on the right side.

How is the swapping out of the turn signal lever? is it a "plug-in-play" connection to the steering column? Also, how about the harness connection near engine or front bumper, it this easily identifiable? or did you really have to search for it. Also, (sorry) the relay connection, is that easy to find as well? Thanks man!
