Radio mute
I think the only way to mute it from the steering wheel would be by pressing the volume button on the left side all the way down until the audio is off. If there is another way to mute the audio on the steering wheel then I'd be learning something new as well lol.

Per the owner's manual, the only reference to "MUTE" is in the context of making phone calls. The volume up/down controls (either on the steering wheel or the radio itself) are your only options for controlling the radio volume, there is no mute button.
