or your battery gets unhooked when in for service (depending on what is getting worked on)...DON'T lose the card. the original dealer will have these codes on file IF you should misplace them.
one number is for the navi, the other the radio. unless they have combined these two codes, so there is just one now. i can't recall what my MDX has. i know the TL has two.

sometimes the numbers are on some labeled stickers in a plastic wrap with the card. the dealer is suppose to stick the stickers on the card before delivery. i have both.
if in doubt and you want the codes...next time you're at the dealer you bought it from ask them to print it for you. they have it stored in their system.

that's actually another place to find your codes...one of the "books" that comes with the car (i think it might be the maintenance log book). it has the VIN and the codes for the car.
Depends a lot on the dealer. Mine had one sticker at the back of the upper glove box, and another in the driver's side door jamb. These might only be the serial numbers. Then you can go to the MyAcura site, enter some info, and it gives you the codes. My 2013 RDX has one code for the radio, and one for the Navi.

SSTL one 5 numeral code is correct. Have you gone to MyAcura.com & set up your account there?
Asking as once you do (easy day there) you can retrieve the radio/navi codes + see ALL your other pertinent veh. info.

There is only one code for the radio and nav in the 2013 RDX. My code was on a sticker in the glove box.
You can also retrieve your nav/radio code from the Acura Owner link website after you make an account

I found a sticker in my glove compartment which contains two sets of numbers. One is a 5-digit number in larger type. The other is an 8-digit number. I presume that the first is the navi and radio code. Could the second be the serial number of the device?
Just got my 2014 RDX about 3 weeks ago and was going through everything looking for the radio and navi codes. Not having any luck, I called the dealer and was informed that the 2014s don't use codes any more!Go figure. The Acura web site doesn't mention that little tidbit of information. Just wondering if my dealer is blowing smoke?
