House Numbers Incorrect w/Nav System

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue with their navigation.

When I entered my home address into the navigation system and the program shows my house on the correct street / city, but in the wrong location on the street. If I followed the nav, I would bypass my house. The location is not even close to my house. My house number is 81 but the navigation thinks it is 25. When I am in my driveway and I try to "pin" my house address, but the nav won't allow it as it says I'm on an unknown location.

Has anyone else seen this issue before? Can this be fixed at all? This is happening on a 2014 RDX AWD w/Tech.

Mine is incorrect as well. I think it is the map provider that is the problem because my old handheld GPS had the exact same problem. I'm not sure if it can be fixed or not, but there is probably a process on their website to submit errors. My guess is that the map is provided by Navteq, but I don't know for sure.

The problem would be with the map data. You can report problems you would like to see fixed here:

http://mapreporter.navteq.com/

If not reported it will not get fixed so report it or live with it.

It will take up to six months or more for them to confirm and make the updates then it has to trickle down to the Map update which you will either have to buy or it may show up in your next car but if it is not reported expect you next car to have the same map errors.

Try parking on the street in front of the house, and then pin it. That should work once you are in a "known" area.
